Sasha holds a BA (Hons) in Business with Psychology, a teaching qualification, and brings a wealth of experience as a mentor, author, speaker, and life coach. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to social impact and community transformation. Sasha believes that sustainable change begins by breaking generational cycles of poverty and deprivation, and by addressing the systemic social, educational, and economic barriers that limit opportunity. Her approach is both strategic and compassionate, focused on creating lasting, positive outcomes for individuals and communities.
Caroline Odogwu
Personal Development Specialist/ Fitness coach
Caroline is a Women and Girls practitioner and an Early Careers Consultant, using media, apprenticeships and workshop facilitation as a tool for change to enable women and young people. She is founder of ‘She Is You CIC’, an organisation offering a secure environment for women aged 16-30. Within her professional capacity, spanning 15 years she has acquired experience in the public and charity sector, working across marketing, Comms, Public Affairs and Organisational Developmental roles.

Ven previously worked in finance and retail banking, and holds an AAT Accountant Professional Diploma. Her change of profession came about being made redundant during the pandemic.
