We believe positive change begins by breaking generational cycles of deprivation and challenging the social, educational, and economic barriers that hold young people back.
I AM IN ME is a charitable organisation dedicated to empowering young people to realise their full potential. We support every step of their journey through group workshops and personalised one-to-one support—both short and long-term—focused on personal development and future career guidance. Our work is aimed at young people aged 11 to 25, particularly those at risk of, or already experiencing, exclusion from education, opportunity, or community.
Social Mobility is at the heart of what we do. We believe young people are more than their circumstances—they have the power to rise beyond the families they were born into and the communities they were raised in.
